**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and web development, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Conduct regular A/B testing to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company is on the cutting edge of performance marketing

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
- Experience with programmatic advertising and/or influencer marketing
