Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

Utilize performance marketing tactics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with affiliate marketers to expand reach and drive sales.

Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve future initiatives.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.

Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to execute campaigns and projects effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.

Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.

Expertise in affiliate marketing, including managing affiliate programs and partnerships.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
