**Performance Marketer at Fitantium HealthTech Pvt. Ltd.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Position**: Performance Marketer

**Experience Required**: 2-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for lead generation on Instagram and Facebook.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and lead acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in lead generation through Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram advertising, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

**Work Schedule**:

- 6 days a week
- 9-hour shifts from 10 AM to 7 PM
