**Role Overview**:We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI, ensuring that our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Identify and test new channels and strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

2. **Data Analysis & Optimization**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. o Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize creative assets, ad placements, bidding strategies, and targeting.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for improving campaign performance.

3. **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**:

- Develop and refine audience segments based on demographics, behaviors, and psychographics to ensure precise targeting.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create tailored messaging and creative for different audience segments.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers and drive conversions.

4. **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to

stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and share insights with the broader team.

5. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Continuously explore new tools, platforms, and tactics to stay ahead in the performance marketing space.

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and maximize ROI.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and trends.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving measurable outcomes. o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Understanding of attribution modelling and multi-touch attribution.
