Freelance Performance Marketers (Meta + Google Ads)Company: ZymosLocation: Remote (India)Employment Type: Contract / FreelanceAbout ZymosZymos is an on-demand digital workforce platform that helps businesses hire vetted digital professionals — marketers, designers, developers, and AI experts — within 48 hours.We work with fast-growing startups, D2C brands, and agencies to deliver measurable marketing outcomes without the overheads of traditional hiring.We're now expanding our marketing talent network and inviting experienced freelance performance marketers to join our curated pool of experts for ongoing client campaigns across India and overseas.About the RoleAs a Freelance Performance Marketer at Zymos, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google (Search / Display / YouTube).You'll collaborate directly with the Zymos project management team and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns focused on growth, acquisition, and ROI.This is a remote, project-based role — perfect for freelancers who want consistent work with verified clients and a steady stream of digital projects.Key Responsibilities- Strategize, set up, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. - Conduct detailed audience research, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis. - Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion efficiency. - Write or collaborate on ad copies and creative briefs aligned with brand messaging. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting dashboards. - Implement event tracking, pixel setup, and attribution measurement for all campaigns. - Work closely with the Zymos delivery team to ensure quality, timelines, and communication with clients.Required Skills & Tools- Deep understanding of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager. - Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio (optional). - Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly. - Proficiency in campaign structuring, bidding, and scaling strategies. - Familiarity with retargeting, conversion tracking, and lead funnel optimization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Minimum 1 year of hands-on performance marketing experience with verifiable results or portfolio.What You'll GetAccess to verified clients — no pitching or cold outreach required.Transparent project briefs and managed delivery support from Zymos.Timely, milestone-based payouts.100 % remote and flexible — work on your schedule.Exposure to diverse industries — D2C, tech, apps, and B2B.Opportunity for repeat projects and long-term collaborations.Compensation- Per-project / retainer-based depending on campaign scope and deliverables. - Payment is milestone-based through Zymos's managed payout system. - Rates are discussed individually based on experience and project complexity.Submit your details and campaign portfolio at Ankit@zymos.in
