**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to promote dairy products, including milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the dairy sector.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure alignment of the marketing strategy with the company’s overall business objectives.
- **Brand Management**:

- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the brand image and market position of the dairy products.
- Monitor brand performance and suggest improvements for better brand recognition in the market.
- **Product Launches and Promotions**:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to increase awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure promotions and new product offerings are effectively communicated to customers.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage and update the company’s website and social media channels to drive engagement and customer interaction.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.
- Manage feedback and conduct surveys to understand customer needs and satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for future marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales, production, and R&D teams to ensure seamless communication and product availability.
- Liaise with external agencies (advertising, PR, etc.) to coordinate marketing activities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A specialization in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or Agriculture is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or dairy industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the dairy industry and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Creativity and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
