Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and on-ground channels.
- Conduct **fieldwork**, including client visits, market surveys, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors through direct engagement.
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and on-site activations to promote the brand.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer acquisition.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional merchandise.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and conduct **on-ground marketing activities**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
