**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute field marketing campaigns and events to promote Lekha Interiors’ home and office interior design services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new opportunities, and client preferences in the Pondicherry and Chennai regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, including builders, architects, real estate agents, and corporate offices.
- Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and promotional items at events and client meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and follow up on potential projects.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other local events to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the brand professionally and communicate its value propositions clearly to potential clients.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the marketing and sales teams for continuous service improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the interior design or real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Pondicherry and Chennai markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
