We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to build strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, hospitals, and the community. The role focuses on increasing patient referrals, strengthening brand presence, and driving awareness of the hospital services through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with local doctors, specialists, clinics, and hospitals to establish referral partnerships.

Educate healthcare professionals about hospital services and how they can benefit their patients.

Conduct regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups with doctors to maintain strong relationships.

Develop and execute referral programs, ensuring smooth coordination between referring doctors and hospital.

Monitor and analyze referral trends to optimize marketing strategies.

Organize health awareness programs, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Partner with local influencers, resident associations, and wellness groups to promote services.

Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) to increase awareness in targeted neighborhoods.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or sales.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and community dynamics.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to travel locally for doctor visits and community events.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers.

Familiarity with referral-based marketing strategies in healthcare.

Digital marketing or social media marketing knowledge is a plus.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
