Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
Collection of samples for stage wise analysis of incoming, in process & final sampling of ETP, RO & MEE plant and sending it laboratory. Operator should hand on experience of ETP pretreatment, primary treatment and secondary treatment, RO & MEE including ATFD along with required chemicals for maintaining the effluent and treated water parameter within limit. Logging, monitoring, and controlling treatment process as per SOP given. Preparation chemical for ETP, RO & MEE including ATFD & Pretreatment and performing common tasks like maintain favorable conditions for biological treatment, managing aeration and clarifier operation, dewatering and disposal of sludge, etc. Receipt of chemical from respective supplier plants and raw materials / chemicals / spare from stores. In depth knowledge of handling operation of ETP, RO & MEE including ATFD. Maintaining ETP, RO & MEE including ATFD plant records like log sheet, instruction book, analysis records, etc. Having basic knowledge of minor maintenance of pumps and blowers and Basic knowledge of TPM. All activities shall be carried out as per SOP and ensure 100% compliance of HSE system in plant. Maintain good housekeeping of all Wastewater Treatment facilities. Take round of entire site and check for any spill in plant and intimate to Plant Manager. Check the drains and check for any liquid inside. If there is any liquid in drains, the sample has to be given to the laboratory for analysis. After obtaining the report appropriate actions shall be taken in line with consultation with EHS lead / Plant Manager. Timely reporting of any environmental aspects to the site EHS lead.

Qualification: ITI / AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) & Basic Computer literate.

Experience: At least two or three years working experience in a similar role.
