IT Helpdesk Co-Ordinator
Raise tickets as per the issue faced by user.
Assign the ticket to the respective engineer.
Timely updates of calls in the Ticketing tool.
Follow up with engineer for on time resolution.
Close the ticket after the issue is resolved.
Updating the vendor details with required information in Vendor Portal.
Maintaining of Agreements copy of Vendors and understanding the commercial terms.
Preparation of Monthly Report and Management Reporting.
Preparation of supporting documents and approvals as required by IT.
Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, Create and maintain user documentation.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
