**Role Description**:
- Ensure network security and connectivity (IPS, IDS, AV)
- Provide direct and virtual IT support to a team of 70 members
- Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software
- Create user accounts and manage access control
- Coordinate with our IT vendors to resolve specific hardware or software issues
- Manage the company's IT assets and maintain the records
- Technical helpdesk support, handling internal queries
- Resolve problems reported by end-user
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting
**Mandatory Skills**:
- Bachelors in CS, IT, Information Systems or similar
- ** Excellent communication skills.**:
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in a similar role
- Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
- Knowledge of Google Workspace / Gsuite
- Ability to set up and configure Network Architecture and provide the best solutions as per Industry standards
- Knowledge in Microsoft excel, with basic formulas
