Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator based in Indore. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations of networks. The role involves monitoring system performance, addressing hardware and software issues, and implementing security measures to safeguard system integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in System Administration, including server maintenance and configuration
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing reliable Technical Support
  • Experience in Network Administration and managing network security
  • Knowledge of Information Technology practices and systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications, are advantageous
