**1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting**
- Provide first-level IT support to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and technicians.
- Assist users in resolving problems with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Hospital Management Systems (HMS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), and other healthcare IT platforms.
- Support medical devices and ensure proper integration with IT systems.

**2. System & Application Support**
- Ensure seamless operation of telemedicine platforms and remote patient monitoring systems.
- Provide support for Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS).

**3. User Account & Access Management**
- Set up, modify, and deactivate user accounts in hospital IT systems.
- Manage role-based access control to ensure compliance with healthcare security standards.
- Reset passwords and resolve login-related issues.

**4. Cybersecurity & Data Privacy**
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as HIPAA, NABH, and GDPR (if applicable).
- Educate healthcare staff on cybersecurity best practices, including phishing awareness and secure password management.
- Assist in monitoring and responding to security incidents.

**5. Hardware & Peripheral Device Support**
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Ensure proper functioning of medical IT devices like patient monitoring systems, digital X-ray machines, and lab analyzers.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.

**6. Network & Communication Support**
- Assist in maintaining hospital Wi-Fi, VPNs, and secure remote access systems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues affecting clinical workflows.
- Support hospital communication systems, including VoIP phones and internal messaging platforms.

**7. IT Compliance & Documentation**
- Maintain IT support logs and documentation using ticketing systems.
- Ensure IT procedures align with healthcare regulatory standards.
- Document troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and user manuals for healthcare staff.

**8. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination**
- Liaise with software and hardware vendors for issue resolution and system updates.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers for maintenance and upgrades.

**9. Remote & Onsite IT Support**
- Provide technical support for telehealth and remote healthcare services.
- Offer onsite troubleshooting for hospital departments, including emergency rooms, ICUs, and outpatient clinics.

**10. Training & User Assistance**
- Conduct training sessions on IT systems and software for hospital staff.
- Create educational materials to improve IT literacy among healthcare professionals.
- Guide users in best practices for handling electronic medical records and digital workflows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
