**Position Overview**:
As a Associate Talent Acquisition Executive at GetOnCRM, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and can contribute to our vibrant workplace culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Target Based Profile
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
