**The Opportunity**:

- The team handles Hub and spoke recharge framework for Global Research business, Business budget control and management, Finance planning and analysis, budget/forecast submission, Management of vendor Invoices and Intercompany invoices, Headcount management, Management Information such as scorecards, travel cost management (Salesforce, HRG tool, etc), etc.

**What you’ll do**:
**Business Budget control and management**
- Budgetary control and management for 20+ countries
- Deep dive cost analysis across 20+ countries
- Managing the forecast and budget submission
- Managing monthly Scorecards to Product Heads
- Implementation of GR cost saving initiatives. Cost analysis, scenario analysis
- Monthly YTD financial reporting to GR Management
- Reviewing MI actual reports (Regular/adhoc)
- Travel cost management globally for Research
- Cost center (and OSPD) management
- Manage monthly expenses accrual management for entities

**Hub control/Funding**
- Manage the Hub spoke based chargeback metric
- Manage the recharge related communications with entity finance
- Ensure SLAs adherence with 20+ countries
- Manage the Hub related communications with entity tax depts.
- Manage the Hub related communications with the CFO of GBM business lines
- Manage Transfer Pricing communications with entity finance/Tax
- Review and feed inputs to the Transfer Pricing document to share with entities
- Non-GBM recharge management
- Intercompany invoicing management
- Intercompany accounting management

**Invoicing/vendor management and COO support related activities**
- Manage UK vendor invoicing and related controls and reporting
- Global Printing and distribution vendor management
- Headcount reconciliation and related controls and reporting (periodic and adhoc)
- Other COO support related tasks
Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:
**Qualifications**
- CA with 7+ relevant experience
- MBA/Masters in finance 10+ years of relevant experience

**Skills/Experience**
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Advanced accounting knowledge
- Sound knowledge on financial planning and analysis (forecast/budget management)
- Sound knowledge on P&L and Balance sheet reconciliation
- Experience in Management Information and understanding of MI Reports
- Good knowledge on transfer pricing/ tax/VAT etc
- Advanced level of MS-office skills (excel, word, access and power-point)
- Excellent English, written and spoken; excellent communication skills;
- Ability to communicate with onshore staffs
- Should have experience in a 'global' working environment
- Will require self-starting ability and capability to plan, implement and complete individual assignments
- Proven relationship skills/stakeholder management
- Fast learner, Quick decision making, Analytical and problem solving skills, analyze MI and able to perform series of complex calculation
