Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP Sales located in Bengaluru. The AVP Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks will include account management, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales management techniques to maximize revenue generation. The AVP Sales will also collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Skills in Sales Operations and Sales Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
