**Responsibilities**
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities, investments, and overall goals.
- Develop investment strategies, taking into account cash and liquidity risks.
- Oversee fundraising plans and capital structure, ensuring appropriate cash flow for the organization's operations.
- Manage the financial team consisting of Account managers, and other finance personnel.
- Ensuring compliant with laws and company policies.
- Prepare reliable and accurate financial reports, including current and forecasting reports.
- Lead the auditing and reporting processes from end-to-end.
- Accountable for all types of fund-raising efforts for business growth, if required.
- Ensure proactive and thorough financial planning and analysis throughout the year.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Financial Officer, Controller, AVP Finance or relevant role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services accounting, reporting, and management practices.
- Excellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- An analytical mind and comfortable with numbers.
- Experience in preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing financial data, and implementing internal financial controls.
- Experience in preparing budgets, streamlining accounts functions, implementing reconciliation automation, and using analytical tools to give insights to management.
- Experience in coordinating internal and statutory audits, highlighting financial risk factors to management, and treasury management.
- CA or M Com and above with experience in Capital Markets.
- 10+ years of experience in the Accounts Domain, with 3-5 years of minimum experience as a AVP Finance or role equivalent to it.
