- **Business Growth**: Identify and develop new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients.
- **Bid Management**: Submit polished, competitive bids within deadlines and budgets.
- **Sales Strategy**: Convert one-time projects into long-term partnerships through excellent service and client management.

**Requirements**:

- **Freelancing Platforms Expertise**: Proven experience in bidding and winning projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- **Business Development**: Knowledge of business proposal drafting and sales strategy.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
