Job Title: Online Bidding Executive
About the Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Online Bidding Executive to manage and optimise bids across multiple online marketplaces, auction platforms and e-procurement portals. This role suits candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, have sharp analytical instincts, and can execute competitive bids while maintaining compliance and strong documentation.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage end-to-end online bids and listings on marketplaces and auction sites, ensuring accurate product/service details and timely submissions.
  • Monitor live auctions and tenders to place competitive bids, update pricing strategies, and capture wins while minimising margin erosion.
  • Perform market and competitor checks to adjust bid parameters and suggest pricing tactics that improve win-rate and ROI.
  • Maintain structured records of bids, outcomes, invoices and client-specific requirements in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with operations, inventory and accounts to confirm availability, delivery timelines and billing before bid placement.
  • Identify process improvements, flag risks (duplicate listings, policy violations) and follow platform compliance to avoid disputes or penalties.
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in online bidding, auction management or marketplace operations 
  • Proficient with MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking, sorting and basic analysis; experience with CRMs or bid-tracking tools is preferred.
  • High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude and ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under time pressure.
  • Reliable on-site attendance, fast & stable internet connectivity, and availability to work peak auction windows when required.

Preferred

  • Exposure to marketplace seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay) or e-procurement portals and understanding of platform policies.
  • Experience liaising with operations, inventory and finance teams to validate bids and manage post-win fulfilment.
