The Online Bidder will be responsible for bidding and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork. The role also involves research, communication, and training.Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills and ability to research and analyze project requirements Strong writing skills for creating compelling proposals Ability to provide training and guidance to team members Experience in bidding and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Knowledge of market trends and competition Qualification in Business Administration or a related field is a plusAdditionally, knowledge of the latest tech stacks for product development and experience in Agile development methodologies would be beneficial.
