We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our team and contribute to business growth by generating leads through online platforms.Key Responsibilities Identify and generate business opportunities from online portals such asUpwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, PPH, etc. Write effective proposals, customized as per client requirements, to secure projects. Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Work closely with the technical team to understand project scope, timelines, and cost estimation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track, manage, and report bidding activity and conversions.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field. 1+ years of experienceas an Online Bidder Strong knowledge ofUpwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Ability to draft professional and customized proposals. Understanding of IT services such asWeb Development, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing. Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
