Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cloud Sales Cum Gem Bidder, headquartered in New Delhi. The Cloud Sales Cum Gem Bidder will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer service interactions, and participating in bid management processes, especially on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, training sales teams, and handling customer inquiries to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train sales teams effectively
  • Familiarity with cloud services and GeM bidding processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
