We are seeking an experienced **Telecaller** to join our insurance renewal team. Your goal will be to contact existing policyholders, remind them of renewal deadlines, and persuade them to renew their policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Explain policy benefits, terms, and conditions
- Collect the queries and concerns of customers and share it with the senior person for resolution
- Share renewal data to the customer
- Update renewal report on daily basis
- Send renewal lists, policy details, and payment links to customers
- Meet or exceed renewal targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless renewal process

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of telesales/telemarketing experience (insurance industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic insurance knowledge
