**Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) Intern - Commerce**

**Location**: Assessli Office, [City]**Employment Type**: Internship (On-site)**Duration**: 3-6 months**Reports To**: Content Development Manager

**Job Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesQuestion Development**:

- Create questions covering diverse difficulty levels, catering to learners ranging from foundational to advanced levels.

**Content Review & Accuracy**:

- Review the accuracy and quality of questions and solutions to ensure adherence to educational standards.
- Regularly update the question bank based on feedback and the latest trends in Commerce education.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the content development team to align questions with overall learning objectives and standards.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative question formats and learning methods.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Educational Background**:

- Completion of or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in creating engaging and challenging content for Commerce students.
- Familiarity with educational tools and question design software is a plus.

**Attention to Detail**:

- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in developing and reviewing questions.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable questions.

**Communication Skills**:

- Strong written communication skills for creating clear and concise questions and solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or educational content development is an advantage.
- Passion for education and a desire to create impactful and engaging learning materials.
