**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily and weekly reports with scores and comments.
- Highlight serious errors or process violations immediately.
- Maintain tracker for repeat mistakes and improvement trends.

**Feedback & Coaching**:

**Quality Process Support**:
