**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused **Real Estate Sales Advisor** to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will manage the complete sales cycle — from contacting leads and site visits to deal negotiation and post-sale support. Your ability to build strong client relationships and close property deals will be key to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **end-to-end sales process** for residential/commercial properties
- Conduct **site visits** and property presentations for prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and provide **tailored property solutions**:

- Build and maintain strong **long-term relationships** with clients
- Negotiate and finalize deals in alignment with company goals
- Follow up on leads via phone, and in-person meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, CRM) for smooth deal closure
- Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing preferred)
- **1-3 years of experience in real estate sales**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and build rapport
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
