**Job Title: Pre-Sales Real Estate Consultant**

individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Real Estate Consultant. This role offers a unique
opportunity to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide valuable insights
into our real estate offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and
preferences. Provide detailed information about our real estate projects and guide clients
through the pre-sales process.
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our real estate projects, including
features, pricing, and unique selling points. Stay informed about market trends and
competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
**Customized Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the
needs of individual clients. Showcase the benefits of our properties and address any
concerns or queries clients may have.
**Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers and key
**stakeholders**. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on property options, financing, and investment opportunities.
**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from presales to the sales process. Provide support in preparing necessary documentation and addressing client inquiries.
**Market Feedback**: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for
improvement and market demands. Share insights with the marketing and product
development teams for continuous enhancement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or a similar role in the real estate sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and industry practices.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique needs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
