**About the Role**:_
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and engaging with potential clients to drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and translating them into compelling real estate solutions.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
