**Market Advisor - Real Estate Advisory (On-Ground Role)**

As a **Market Advisor/ Site Specialist**, you’ll be the face of Propsoch on the ground, walking side-by-side with our customers as they search, visit, negotiate, and finalize their dream homes.

As a **Market Advisor/ Site Specialist**, you'll be the face of Propsoch on the ground—guiding homebuyers through their property visits, offering unbiased insights, and helping them decode what truly matters. Your presence at the site is key to delivering a calm, confident, and informed buying experience.

**Your core duties in this job are**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Property Walkthroughs**:Coordinate and conduct site visits for homebuyers across Bangalore. Offer real-time inputs on layout, ventilation, construction quality, and pricing.
- **Build Buyer Confidence**:Decode brochures, floor plans, and project specs to simplify complex details for buyers.
- **Gather Ground Intelligence**:Observe unit availability, builder behavior, and evolving site conditions. Share updates with the central team.
- **Coordinate with Builders**:Liaise with project sales teams to ensure timely access, clarity on offerings, and accurate inventory data.
- **Feedback Collection**:Capture buyer reactions post-visit and relay them to advisors to help refine next steps.

**What It takes to be successful in this job**
- Fresher to 0-3 years of client-facing experience (real estate, sales, consulting preferred)
- Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills
- A go-getter mindset: you’ll be on the move, visiting projects and meeting customers daily
- Deep interest in Bangalore’s real estate scene and a hunger to keep learning
- Freshers passionate about real estate and people are welcome too

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
