**Job Title: Sales Advisor**
**Location**: Bangalore, East Bangalore
**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic **Sales Advisor** to join our team. In this role, you’ll identify and engage with prospective clients, showcase properties, and provide personalized solutions to help them find their ideal homes. You’ll play a key part in negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and networking. Present properties to clients via viewings and virtual tours.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with clients, provide accurate property information, and offer personalized solutions based on their needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring all documentation is completed smoothly.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activity, and market conditions in Bangalore.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate market.
- Self-motivated, team player, and passionate about sales.
