Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Academic Advisor/Sales in the Edtech sector. The Academic Advisor/Sales professional will be responsible for advising students on educational programs, conducting needs assessments, and providing personalized recommendations. They will also engage in sales activities to drive enrollment, follow up with prospective students, and maintain relationships with current students. Additional tasks include planning and organizing recruitment events, and keeping up with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong advisory and counseling skills, with the ability to understand and address student needs
  • Sales experience and a proven track record in driving enrollment and meeting targets
  • Excellent planning and organizing abilities, with the capability to coordinate recruitment events
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
