**About Pearson**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support HR Country Care Operations in various activities, including Onboarding, Offboarding, and managing the Employee Life Cycle.
- Act as the designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for benefits administration processes.
- Ensure timely completion of employee compliances.
- Manage the local Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration.
- Efficiently handle HR service requests.
- Provide support during HR audits by supplying relevant documents.

**About You**:

- A graduate or postgraduate with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in basic Excel skills.
