**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach hotels for annual contracting opportunities.
- Negotiate long-term rate agreements and favorable terms for the company.
- Ensure contracted rates are competitive and aligned with business requirements.
- Maintain and update the database of contracted hotels with complete details.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with hotel sales and revenue teams.
- Monitor hotel performance, rate usage, and renegotiate contracts as needed.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to align contracted rates with client needs.
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in hotel contracting, sales, or corporate travel.
- Strong industry network and knowledge of hotel operations.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of closing contracts and delivering cost savings.
