**JOB BRIEF -**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**
- **_Work_** responsibility for your position & experience**:

- Maintain a Strategic and operational sales plan _based_ on market research, analysis of the company for assigned territory.
- Communication with customer, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Create a pipeline of high-value accounts
- develop and implement strategies for expanding the customer base.
- Meet or exceed Sales Goals
- Monthly, Quarterly and yearly.
- Create winning sales plan working with solution team that meet customer requirements and company objectives.
- Prepare and report on goals, sales and prospects.
- Create reviews and report with the sales data.

**EDUCATION**

Minimum Education:

- Graduate in any discipline

Technical Education:

- MBA/BBA in Sales & Marketing

**EXPERIENCE**

Minimum Experience:

- 3 - 5 Years

**BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Fluent in English And Hindi
- Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel & Powerpoint
