- Commercial Assistant/Commercial Executive

Job Overview
- Evaluate Purchase Order upon receipt of the same
- Correspondence with client & Internal dept. for clarification of Purchase Order terms & condition.
- Take up with Mumbai Office for Order Amendment, in case of any discrepancy
- To prepare sales order in swan system
- Generate E-way bill for supply, job work and others dispatches
- To prepare & coordinate with CHA for export -documents
- Transport arrangement & to facilitate bill passing, etc as per the order of HOD
- Export related work
- Any other work allotted by HOD - Commercial

Skills and Experience
- Qualification - Graduate
- Relevant Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in working in commercial department in engineering company.
- Soft Skills - strong coordination skills
- Location - Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara / Baroda

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
