**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Pre-Sales Executive** to assist in acquiring real estate mandate projects. The role involves lead qualification, proposal preparation, and client engagement to support business development efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify leads for mandate projects.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
- Support Business Development Managers in client engagement.
- Maintain client records and project documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 1 year of experience in pre-sales or business development, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
