**Experience & Skills Required**:
With Exp. 6 Months & Above in sales & Marketing / Fresher, With Good knowledge of financial domain(Broking, Equity, Mutual Fund, Insurance)

**Academic background**: Graduation and Above
- Acquisition of potential new Business Partner / Direct clients for Broking / Distribution as per Industry norms
- Ensure 90%of new Business Partner / Direct clients are Active every month
- Work on Inactive new Business Partner / Direct clients to make them Active
- Responsible for delivering Mutual Fund, Broking Services, and other products targets
- Conduct BA engagement programs every month
- Manage 90% of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio
- Revenue Generation through Business Partners/ Direct Clients as per Industry norms

**Desired Skills**
- Should have good communication and convincing skills
- Should be open to work in target-oriented environment.
- Outgoing personality, you are confident when interacting with people of higher seniority.
- Willing to take initiative and ability to think outside the box.

**CTC Range**
- CTC Rs.1.80 Lac P.A - Negotiable(+lucrative incentives basis performance)

**Work Mode**
- Onsite

**Salary**: From ₹180,000.00 per year
