- Work as independent L1 Application Support team on capital market domain
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products, functions, features and benefits
- Ability to manage time, projects, and work priorities
- Coordinate with the multiple teams to resolve the job failure issues and to optimize the stream processing

- Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice

**Key Performance Indicator**
- SQL/Oracle Working knowledge.
- Must Have used Ticketing tools like Service now, JIRA etc
- Might be Required to Act as a BA for multiple tasks. Should be Fluent in Communications, PPT, etc
- Should be available for 24*7 support.
