**SBIC - Customer Service Representative - Voice**

**Location**: Teleperformance - Gurgaon (Work From Office)

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through voice interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere to strict quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation mandatory
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in any domain (Freshers can also apply)
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills (A, B+ grade)
- **Languages**: Fluency in English and Hindi
- **Shift Timings**: 24/7 rotational shifts (6 days working)
