**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards
- Work flexible shifts including rotational schedules as per business requirements

**Required Qualifications**

**Education**:
A Graduate degree preferred; a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience required (freshers may also apply)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to new processes

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in voice process preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Basic computer literacy and typing skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer handling, Problem-Solving, : 1 year (preferred)
- call center protocols and CRM tools: 1 year (preferred)
- Insurance Products, : 1 year (preferred)
- Customer relationship management (CRM): 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation and conversion skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Goal-oriented mindset: 1 year (preferred)
- Professional phone etiquette: 1 year (preferred)
