Nature of Role: International Voice Process

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English voice communication skills are a must.
- Graduates required.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Age limit criteria (18-32) Only apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support to clients through both voice.
- Follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client's products/services.
- Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools.
- Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
