**Job Title: Customer Service Representative**

**Nature of Role: Voice and Non-voice, Blended Process**

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent English voice communication skills are a must.**:

- **Graduates required.**:

- **6 months to 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.**:

- **Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken English communication skills.**:

- **Age limit criteria (18-32) Only apply.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide customer support to clients through both voice and non-voice channels.**:

- **Follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.**:

- **Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines.**:

- **Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client's products/services.**:

- **Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools.**:

- **Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers.**:

- **Demonstrate the ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.**:

- **For non-voice profiles, a good typing speed is required.**

- **People with experience in roles such as customer care specialist, customer support representative, customer relations representative, call center representative, BPO executive, front desk agent, guest service agent, customer service manager, senior customer service representative, customer care manager, customer service team lead, international tech support representative, international voice process, product support, customer care executive, night shift, receptionist, customer service executive, customer support executive, and international BPO jobs are encouraged to apply.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
