We’re looking for Customer Service Representative with voice experience with a passion for people to provide exceptional customer experiences to work on a new international campaign in Gurgaon.

As a Customer Service Advisor in this voice role, you’ll need to be a people’s person with a genuine passion and flare for verbal communication. If can you go the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations, then we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
- Working towards consistently achieving and exceeding set targets
- Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the campaign
- Ensuring first contact resolution at all times
- Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processes

What you’ll need
- Minimum 12 months’ experience contact centre environment working in a voice role on an international campaign
- Availability to work UK hours
- Fluency in English spoken and written language
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Clear credit and criminal records
