**Job Profile**: BDE (US)
**Experience**: 1- 4 Yrs
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect Outreach:
- Conduct cold calls to a list of potential customers with the goal of introducing KBR services.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to ensure effective
communication.
2. Elevator Pitch:
- Develop a compelling and concise elevator pitch that highlights the value proposition of KBR
services.
- Tailor the pitch based on the prospect's industry, pain points, and needs.
3. Lead Qualification:
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their challenges, goals, and
potential interest.
- Use probing questions to qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and decision-making
authority.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects by demonstrating professionalism and active
listening.
- Focus on developing a positive initial impression that encourages further interaction.
5. Objection Handling:
- Address common objections and concerns raised by prospects, providing thoughtful and
persuasive responses.
- Overcome objections by highlighting the value proposition and aligning solutions with the
prospect's needs.
6. Appointment Setting:
- Transition the cold call into a warm call by generating interest and securing commitment for
further engagement.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified leads.
7. Data Management:
- Accurately record call outcomes, lead details, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized lead lists for efficient follow-up.
8. Metrics Tracking:
- Keep track of call metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.
- Continuously analyze results to refine strategies and improve performance.
9. Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to enhance sales
conversations.
- Participate in training sessions to improve cold calling techniques and objection handling skills.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: DME / BE / Btech / Mtech Machanical Engineer or any graduate with
experience in the similar domain or industry.
- Proven experience of 1-4 years in outbound calling, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience in international markets is preferred
- Hands-on experience with sales tools like company databases/prospecting tools, networking
tools, CRM tools, etc.
Job Requirement:
- Enterprise experience is required.
- We need someone with a business closure mindset.
- US Shift: 6.30 to 3.30, UK shift 12.30pm to 10.30pm
- Strong English communication is must
Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- UK shift
- US shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
