- Handling calls regarding the sales
- Providing the benefits best suited for the customer

- Having the product or the service knowledge
- Managing the CRM and database
- Managing time
**Requirements**:
- Must have a proven experience in BFFSI industry
- Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal skills
- Must have the negotiation skills
- Must be convincing over the call
- Must know how to handle the customers and keep the interest
