Direct responsibility of Corporate / Implants/ TPAs/Referral.
Defining the personal goals, strategies, setting of internal targets for new & repeat business.
Competitive analysis and formulation of strategies to meet the competitive challenge
Analysis of market information, achieving industrial benchmarks.
Brand Promotion and Product Development
Periodic review of individual and departmental performance
Motivating the team and responsible for high team morale
Obtaining tariff rates prevailing in the private hospitals/Nursing homes for various procedures, diagnostics, room rent etc.
Visiting Medical professionals of neighboring districts/catchment areas.
Market feedback & Public relations
Analysis of environmental opportunities and threats
Meeting with select customers doctors, TPAs, Corporates, Competitors
To build the image of the Hospital with Corporate Houses as multi super specialty Hospital
Keeping the clientele informed about the development of facilities in the Hospital.
Identification of sites for installation of signboards and designing of essential Promotional literature.
To help in the development and updating of hospital website.
Design and Promote health checkups scheme and immunization programmes with the empanelled organization.
Organise visit of representative of various organizations to the Institute.
Organise proper medical care of empanelled organizations and obtain feedback on the treatment extended.
To maintain up to-date record of the empanelled patient in the Hospital
To maintain corporate relation and coordinate with empanelled organizations for delivery of bills & its realization.
Assist to publish articles in newspapers, souvenir magazines and presentation of Institute in media like TV, Radio etc.
To update the empanelled organisation through literature of latest additional in services of the Institute.
Assist Institute with latest marketing / promotional strategies for total business development.
