Job Description Position - Logistic Executive Department - Logistics Role The Dispatch executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization. He also work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products. Responsibilties - Planning of Daily Dispatch Plan.
- Ensuring all Dispatch activities take place as per plan.
- Checking the status of Advance Payment with Credit Control Dept.
- Checking of Site Readiness from Project Co-ordinators.
- Co-ordinating with the dispatch supervisors about dispatch plan & vehicle plan of the day.
- Follow up of Finished goods from all the departments.
- Vehicle Arrangement for Local & Outstation Projects.
- Tracking of vehicle to Destination/Site.
- Coordinating with Dealers/Site Engineers for enquiring about materials receipt.
- Getting Proof of Delivery (POD) from Transporter.
- Documentation as per Govt regulations (SEZ premise)

Pre-requisties - 18years of experience in the same field.
- Good Communications and logistics Skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion.

Other Tasks -Inventory Reduction - Monitor the factory inventory and keep control on values and space.
- Material Planning - Ordering Materials required for the project time to time in coordination with procurement function.
- Vendor sourcing - Alternate vendor sourcing to keep cost lower and quality better.
- Negotiation skills - Understand the current market price conditions and negotiate with vendors to keep cost at lower side.
- System Implementation skills like ISO, OHSAS, BIFMA, IMS Member of Emergency Rescue Team

Prepares invoices in the absence of DEO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
