Job Summary: As a Logistic Executive in our Electronics Manufacturing and Servicing Company, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods and services. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating shipments, overseeing inventory management, and optimizing supply chain processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining seamless operations and delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate the transportation of electronic components, finished goods, and equipment to and from suppliers and customers.

Ensure timely delivery of products and components to production lines and customers' locations.

Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, stock movements, and reconciliations.

Work closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels and handle just-in-time (JIT) deliveries.

Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate shipping contracts and secure competitive rates.

Monitor the shipment tracking system and provide timely updates to stakeholders on delivery status.

Handle customs and regulatory compliance for international shipments, ensuring smooth import and export processes.

Analyze logistics data to identify potential inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvements.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and implement strategies to achieve operational targets.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency-enhancing measures within the logistics function.

Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documents.

Address any logistics-related issues and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure seamless loading and unloading of materials and products.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to implement best practices in logistics for electronics manufacturing and servicing.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Logistic Executive or in a similar logistics role within the electronics industry.

Sound knowledge of logistics principles, regulations, and best practices applicable to electronics manufacturing and servicing.

Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export processes for electronics components and finished goods.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities within the electronics manufacturing and servicing industry.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
