**Job Title: Quality Operator**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented **Quality Operator** to support our quality control processes. The Quality Operator will be responsible for inspecting products, monitoring production quality, conducting routine checks, and ensuring all output meets company and regulatory standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product consistency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Monitor production lines for compliance with internal specifications and quality standards.
- Identify, record, and report any deviations, defects, or non-conformities.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality metrics.
- Assist with calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and relevant regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
- Communicate quality concerns to operators, supervisors, and relevant departments.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines during inspections and operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality control or related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection in a manufacturing or production environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- May involve standing for long periods and repetitive tasks.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
